Terms of Sale

What you get

• Access to the authenticated WolfXL package index. Purchases grant access to install supported WolfXL commercial builds with a personal, read-only credential for the tier you selected.
• Annual commercial plans. One Seat and Five Seats standard Orders may be billed through Stripe. Business, Enterprise, and OEM pricing is documented in a sales-assisted written Order.
• Proprietary license. Supported commercial versions are licensed under the WolfXL Software License Order Terms. Releases through 2.0.0 remain governed by the licenses supplied with those releases.

How access is delivered

• Self-service checkout requires affirmative acceptance of the current license agreement before payment.
• Sales-assisted plans require a written Order covering the agreed seats, deployment, and distribution scope.
• A private package-index credential is provisioned manually and sent to the customer contact.
• Each person who directly installs, imports, configures, develops against, tests, or executes WolfXL needs a seat, regardless of job title. Output viewers and automated systems do not consume separate seats.

Before you buy

• Review the compatibility matrix and the limitations to confirm your workflow is on the supported surface. WolfXL is openpyxl-compatible for supported workflows, not a drop-in for every workbook.
• For Business, Enterprise, OEM, procurement, invoice, or custom license questions, start a commercial inquiry before purchasing.

Renewal and term length

Subscriptions renew for additional 12-month periods at the disclosed renewal price until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date through any available Stripe billing portal or by sending written notice to wolfgang@synthgl.com. A timely written notice counts even if Provider processes it later. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not shorten the current paid term.

After expiration, package-index access, updates, support, and the right to make new distributions containing WolfXL end. You may continue internal use of versions obtained during the paid term, subject to the purchased seat count. Existing end users may continue using products lawfully distributed before expiration.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. WolfXL does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's terms govern the payment transaction itself.
