Terms of Sale

What you get

• Access to the Cloudsmith private package index. Purchases grant access to install WolfXL commercial builds from a tokenized Cloudsmith URL for the tier you selected.
• Tiered annual subscriptions. Developer, Team, and Enterprise tiers are billed annually through Stripe. Tier scope is described on the pricing section of the home page.
• Proprietary license. Supported commercial versions are proprietary. Early pre-launch PyPI builds through 2.0.0 were distributed under the MIT License, but those releases are yanked, unsupported, and receive no fixes or updates.

How access is delivered

• After a completed checkout, your purchase is recorded in the WolfXL ledger.
• A private package index token is provisioned manually and sent to your purchase email.
• Fulfillment is manual during early access. You will receive a confirmation email with install instructions.

Before you buy

• Review the compatibility matrix and the limitations to confirm your workflow is on the supported surface. WolfXL is openpyxl-compatible for supported workflows, not a drop-in for every workbook.
• For Enterprise, procurement, invoice, or license-term questions, contact us before purchasing.

Renewal and term length

Subscriptions are billed annually. Final renewal, term-length, and seat-scope terms are pending in the draft LICENSE. If you need certainty about renewal before purchase, email trial@wolfxl.com and we will confirm the terms that apply to your purchase.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: review compatibility before buying, and contact us for a refund review if WolfXL does not meet your supported workflow.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. WolfXL does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's terms govern the payment transaction itself.
