License and Order Terms
WolfXL 2.1.0 and later are proprietary releases licensed through an accepted WolfXL Order. The standard Order Terms incorporate the versioned Common Paper Software License Agreement.
Commercial agreement
- WolfXL Order Terms. Review the WolfXL Software License Order Terms. They define tier scope, redistribution rights, subscription expiration, support, and WolfXL-specific changes.
- Standard Terms. The Order Terms incorporate Common Paper Software License Agreement Standard Terms Version 1.1.
- Recorded acceptance. Self-service checkout requires affirmative acceptance of agreement ID wolfxl-common-paper-sla-1.1-2026-08-17-r3. Sales-assisted plans use a written Order that identifies the applicable terms. The accepted agreement and timestamp are retained with the purchase.
- Private distribution. Supported commercial builds are distributed to licensed customers through the authenticated package index.
Earlier releases through 2.0.0
Releases through 2.0.0 remain governed by the licenses supplied with those releases. They are separate from the WolfXL 2.1.0 commercial agreement.
Third-party components
Third-party components remain under their own licenses. Required notices are retained in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and accompanying package materials.
No runtime telemetry or phone-home activation
WolfXL does not collect workbook contents or runtime usage data. Package-index and commerce services retain the operational records described in the privacy policy.
