wolfxl

First paid proof

Test one real workbook workflow before buying a production rollout.

The Workbook Compatibility and Preservation Assessment returns a bounded technical decision, not a generic SDK demo. WolfXL tests one representative change, reports what survived, identifies unsupported boundaries, and recommends whether to proceed.

Price

$1,000 fixed

Credited in full toward an accepted Production Workbook Pilot within 30 days of assessment delivery.

Scope

One bounded workflow

One workbook or closely related family, one representative change, and one agreed deployment environment.

Target

5 business days

The delivery target starts after the written scope and usable test inputs are available.

What is included

  • Local feature and package inventory.
  • Before-and-after semantic and OOXML package comparison.
  • Formula recalculation and cached-value status for the tested path.
  • Performance comparison when a current route is available.
  • Explicit supported, constrained, unsupported, and not-assessed boundaries.
  • A proceed, proceed-with-limits, or no-fit recommendation and a fixed pilot scope.

Hard boundaries

  • No open-ended feature development or promise to support the entire workbook.
  • No production, customer-facing, or redistribution rights are included.
  • The workbook can remain in the customer environment, or the parties can agree on a scrubbed or synthetic reproduction.
  • Anything outside the written scope requires a separate estimate.

Decision path

1. Fit Check

Inventory formulas, pivots, macros, links, drawings, protection, and other preservation-sensitive parts locally.

2. Assessment

Test the exact operation and receive a reproducible proceed, proceed-with-limits, or no-fit result.

3. Production Pilot

Implement the accepted workflow with deployment, rollback, known-boundary notes, and a twelve-month Business license.
