- A proceed, proceed-with-limits, or no-fit recommendation and a fixed pilot scope.
Hard boundaries
- No open-ended feature development or promise to support the entire workbook.
- No production, customer-facing, or redistribution rights are included.
- The workbook can remain in the customer environment, or the parties can agree on a scrubbed or synthetic reproduction.
- Anything outside the written scope requires a separate estimate.
