Refund Policy
WolfXL is in early access. The best way to avoid a refund is to confirm your workflow is supported before purchasing. If WolfXL does not meet your needs, contact us and we will review your request.
Check compatibility first
WolfXL is openpyxl-compatible for a specific supported surface, not every workbook. Before buying, review the compatibility matrix and the limitations. You can also request a 30-day trial to validate your workflow before paying.
Requesting a refund review
- Contact us. Email trial@wolfxl.com from your purchase email with your Stripe checkout session or purchase ID and a short description of what did not work.
- Case-by-case during early access. Refund requests are reviewed individually. We do not publish a fixed refund window during early access because coverage and support scope are still settling.
- What helps. Referencing the compatibility matrix and a concrete supported-workflow failure speeds review. Requests outside the supported surface may be declined.
If access is revoked
If access is revoked for a license violation, refunds are handled per the LICENSE terms and this policy at the owner's discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Manual early-access fulfillment can occasionally lag automated expectations, and we can usually resolve delivery or refund questions directly.
