Refund Policy

Check compatibility first

WolfXL is openpyxl-compatible for a specific supported surface, not every workbook. Before buying, review the compatibility matrix and the limitations. You can also request a 30-day evaluation to validate your workflow before paying.

30-day refund window

• Who is covered. Your first self-serve purchase of a WolfXL Commercial or WolfDocx Commercial subscription, billed monthly or annually.
• How long. Ask for a refund within 30 days of the date of that first purchase.
• How to request. Email trial@wolfxl.com from your purchase email with your Stripe checkout session or purchase ID.
• What is refunded. The amount you paid for that first purchase, returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The refund ends the subscription and access to the commercial packages.
• Other purchases. The 30-day window covers a first purchase only. For a renewal or a later purchase, email us and we will review the request.

If access is revoked

If access is revoked for a license violation, refunds are handled per the LICENSE terms and this policy at the owner's discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We can usually resolve delivery or refund questions directly.
