A subscriber keeps their price while they renew continuously on the same plan. New prices apply to new purchases and plan changes. When a price goes down, existing subscribers move to the lower price at their next renewal.

One Seat, Five Seats, and Organization use standard online Order Terms. Count each person who directly uses WolfXL, regardless of job title; output viewers and automated systems do not consume seats. The Organization plan covers any number of people in one legal organization. OEM, embedded resale, and multi-entity rights require a written Order. Review the terms, refund policy, license, and privacy policy.
The accepted WolfXL Order Terms govern current purchases, including internal use and permitted compiled client deliverables. Standalone hosted document engines and reusable SDK resale require a written Order.
