Sales-assisted licensing

Plans for larger teams and embedded products.

Developer and Team plans cover standard self-service use. Business, Enterprise, and OEM plans add broader organizational scope, procurement support, or negotiated redistribution rights through a written Order.

Fixed-scope production proof

Production Workbook Pilot

From $5,000

Validate one existing workbook workflow in one deployment environment against acceptance criteria agreed before implementation. A typical delivery target is ten business days after scope and test assets are available.

The $1,000 fixed assessment fee is credited in full when a Production Workbook Pilot is accepted within 30 days of assessment delivery.

Scope the pilot

Included in the written Order

  • Local compatibility and preservation assessment.
  • One bounded migration or performance path.
  • Before-and-after output and performance evidence.
  • Deployment, rollback, and known-boundary notes.
  • A twelve-month Business license for the accepted pilot scope.

Scope boundaries

The pilot does not promise support for every workbook, open-ended custom development, or redistribution rights. Unsupported requirements are identified during scoping and recorded in the Order.

Business

From $4,999/year

Up to 25 developers using WolfXL in internal production systems, with priority onboarding and procurement materials.

Enterprise

From $10,000/year

Broader internal deployment across multiple teams, services, or business units, with negotiated support and review requirements.

OEM / Redistribution

From $25,000/year

Customer-facing SaaS, integrated products, or approved redistribution under a written commercial Order.

What to include

  • Your company and the workbook workflow you need to support.
  • The number of developers and expected deployment environment.
  • Whether end users, customers, or redistributed software will receive WolfXL functionality.
  • Your procurement, security-review, support, and timing requirements.

What happens next

  1. We confirm that the workflow fits WolfXL's supported surface.
  2. When compatibility is uncertain, we use the fixed assessment before scoping a paid production pilot.
  3. We document seats, deployment rights, support, price, and procurement terms in a written Order.
