Production Workbook Pilot

From $5,000

Validate one existing workbook workflow in one deployment environment against acceptance criteria agreed before implementation. A typical delivery target is ten business days after scope and test assets are available.

The $1,000 fixed assessment fee is credited in full when a Production Workbook Pilot is accepted within 30 days of assessment delivery.

Scope boundaries

The pilot does not promise support for every workbook, open-ended custom development, or redistribution rights. Unsupported requirements are identified during scoping and recorded in the Order.

Embedded and multi-entity

From $4,999/year

Embedded products, approved redistribution, or rights for more than one legal entity, with priority onboarding, procurement materials, and negotiated service levels under a written Order. Unlimited internal use inside one organization is the self-serve Organization plan. Redistribution and standalone hosted use start at $25,000/year.

Hosted-use scope follows the accepted Order Terms today: online tiers cover internal use and compiled client deliverables, while exposing WolfXL as a standalone hosted service or redistributing it requires a written Order. The terms of sale state the current scope in full.

We confirm that the workflow fits WolfXL's supported surface.
When compatibility is uncertain, we use the fixed assessment before scoping a paid production pilot.
We document seats, deployment rights, support, price, and procurement terms in a written Order.
